Very poor quality product... unusable. The sole is entirely made of plastic and not rubber... therefore not made for walking because they slip, the upper part of indescribable material. Unreliable seller, because the couriers they use are not reliable. I absolutely advise against purchasing from this retailer... on the other hand, they are Chinese, who use waste materials and the invoice doesn't really know what it means. It's us Italians who are always fooled... and we are the best at everything... The Chinese do nothing but copy everything... in the worst possible way, and we continue to let them into Europe.

The shoes are nice but I was expecting a higher quality and also the size compared to the Italian one is smaller. perhaps it is I who have not considered this difference. an extra measure would have been useful. I add I had forgotten that the shoes I had asked for had a blue base instead they arrived black. how come? If you didn't have blue, you had to tell me, right? Because delivery time was respected

The material is bad, it has no consistency, it is very soft, it does not hold the heel, the foot slides to the outside, it is very uncomfortable when walking. In the photos it looks like a resistant material, similar to leather. In his hand it has the consistency of the material of a plastic toiletry bag.

It is not the same size that i offered , they are small, im not happy, coz.i can not wear them .What can i do now? On the right side are my old, and on the left side are my new shoes, in the picture ,and you can see the difference ,im desapointed. I don' t want them at all.
