I got charged, but there's no order. What should I do?
Please check your bank statement first and make sure you were actually charged. If you were, please contact our support team. To help us resolve this ASAP, add the following info to your inquiry:
• If you paid by card, then the card mask, i.e. the first six and the last four digits of the card number (ex. 123456••••••1234).
• The date/time you were charged and the amount withdrawn.
• A screenshot of the charge from the banking app or a photo of your statement.
- The invoice number if you paid via PayPal.
- The payment method if you paid by direct transfer.
