Otherwise, the yolk stays cold while the rest underneath is already brown. All in all.... a nice idea, but like I used to, I make my own mold out of aluminum foil, because you can be very creative with it and the egg easily falls out of the mold.
At first I was very happy about it. Made a good impression too. The eggs stayed where they were placed, but then I removed the rings and found the egg whites stuck firmly. The cleaning is a disaster. I have to spend too much time on this. Because the protein is very difficult to remove.
You can't use that at all. I read a lot of comments, unfortunately it was all a visual assessment, the comments that really tested it are all negative. I've tried it myself, so you can't use it at all. Everything sticks, everything hangs. With or without oiling.
