It doesn't work well, every time you touch it to turn up the volume or connect it, it disconnects and makes calls, it always makes calls and you can't turn the volume down or up, it's broken, I want my money back

the headset comes never full loaded; half a day plugged and still the voice "low battery" is unacceptable. Even when recognized by my laptop, it gets shut down when attemped to pair
