the phone is in perfect condition. i cant find any signs of usage on mine. it even has a screen protector already applied. The phone came with a micro-USB cable and a Samsung fast charging adapter. the delivery is actually ok. it arrived at my door exactly 14 days after i placed my order. which is the standard delivery time from china to germany. Mobile network works perfectly in Germany as well. The phone has the Android 6.1 but mine is upgradable to Android 7.1.1 which is a plus for me which means I can use it as long as all the apps I use support it. The only minus for me is the language input option for the onscreen keyboard. since it only able to use english, korean and chinese with no other language option that can be downloaded. it will be very nice if only i can set the onscreen keyboard to german. since we have some extra alphabet that is not available on qwerty keyboard. I tried to use Google Keaboard as an alternative, but it made the keypad work only as a number pad.

I am highly disappointed. I had ordered the red option but the black was sent to me. There is no way to contact the seller directly and customer support says it might take a week to get a response from them. They offered me a 10€ refund out of 100€ I paid. This is nothing because I specifically wanted a RED FLIP PHONE before I travel by the 7th of September. This is highly unacceptable.

Product delivered on time, in good condition, as I had requested. Works perfectly, too bad there is no AZERTY keyboard preinstalled in the device. Big drawback also, French sim cards are not supported (I have a free plan)! Impossible for the moment to use it to make calls (I took the SM-G165N model)

Statically the phone is fine, the thing is that it doesn't start, and when I went to charge it with the charger that it comes with, smoke started coming out of the battery and I had to pull it out suddenly, the scare I got was incredible, I will request a refund because, come on, I don't want to have a phone that can explode.
