Took some time to arrive, but that’s my general experience using this website. (Ordered at the beginning of January and received at the beginning of February) Both the outer box and photobook’s plastic cover were slightly damaged, but I wouldn’t say that it was the store’s fault. Looking at reviews of the Saviour version at other stores, rips are common due to the packaging. Regardless of that, everything is as it’s supposed to be! :) I pulled Beomgyu for the photocard (my favourite of the cards in saviour!!), and Yeonjun for the ice pick card. Everything was packaged securely, so I would definitely recommend this store! 🩷
Sadly all of the corners of the album were ripped and damaged. The package it was shipped in was not damaged at all, so the article was already damaged before it was shipped. Shipping out damaged items shoulnd‘t happen in my opinion, there should be a better quality control of the items. Also customer support wasn‘t helpful, they only offered my a discount code of 10%, which they didn‘t even send me in the end. Very disappointing.
The order arrived damaged during shipping, but the store provided solutions, which I appreciate. The rest of the package was fine. Although it was wrapped carefully, I hope it will be more carefully packaged in the future so it doesn't get damaged again during the trip, because that's a shame.
My album finally arrived today and I'm loving it! 😍 The outer box is a tiny bit damaged, but everything else is in a perfect condition, so it's okay! 👌 Loving all the inclusions + all the pobs, got 4/5 members, I'm very happy! 🥰 Thank you so much for the album! 🤗
