The bracelet is missing 2 (two) insert stones, and one stone was in a bag together with the bracelet (separately), while the second was not there at all. I received the item only yesterday (June 20) around 7 pm, unpacked it carefully, and noticed the presence of a separate stone in the bag immediately before opening the bag. This is upsetting for me also because today (June 21) is my birthday. Please send at least one separate stone with my next order (I think there will definitely be one).
