Adjustable DIY power supply, 0-30 Volts

Ok, it works, but due to poor quality of components (e.g. resistors 10% or worse) my item stops working when AC voltage exceeds 23V. Is decent, despite is other model than the one showed , some missing parts like a zenner diode and the potentiometers washer and nut, will have to install and give it a try.
