Happy with quality of product. However, top stitching missed the under flap rendering the flap pocket useless. Due to item not being defective, damaged or low quality and corresponds to the description no refund was offered. It is luck of the draw or at your risk when purchasing such item.

It had been uncompleted as it had a hole in it where stitching wasnt done so I am very unsatisfied with the way I have received it in this condition

I love the bag, it's beautiful and serves the purpose. However, it's not strong at all have had to sow it more than twice bcos it cut off easily.

Quality is bad, the strap is about to snap off from the seam. Only used it for a few weeks! Had to buy another bag to replace this.
