I I HAVE SENT A PICTURE OF THE DAMAGED SANDAL & IM WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM SOMEONE? I HAVE PURCHASES IN MY SHOPPING CART TO MAKE BUT I MUST WAIT UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS DEALT WITH. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CHAT WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT FOR SEVERAL HOURS NOW & NO ONE HAS ASSISTED ME YET. I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME! The sandals had broken pieces in the bag that was delivered like sharp ends where the pearls were meant to be & needless to say the pearls fell out of the bag too. They are impossible to wear.
