I received it as in the description, the size coincides. But I ordered a model with holes but I received a model without holes. Why is the order not fulfilled exactly as requested??????

Moccasins ordered for vacation. I have it in November, it happened; but in the south, so such shoes are just... I didn’t have my size, I have a foot of 26.5 cm, and I need 43 Chinese, but only 42.26 cm are available. Since the moccasins are made of genuine leather, and I have a magic stretch for shoes, this half a centimeter is not a problem. In the photo they are already after stretching.. What can I say, very comfortable, soft, light. Sole of something good, springy. The laces are good, no need to tie. Butterflies here are beautiful embroidered.. Zhador, in one word. I recommend
