4F Tundra Boots, Mens Green Winter Boots

A pair of shoes the same number but one is tighter on the inside. They want the photos, I sent them but they said, "No, that's not true. I explained everything, that a shoe is tighter from the inside and how can I take the photo. Finally I have to pay 20 euros in shipping costs. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed. I don't recommend this product to anyone so I'll never buy from Joom again.
