How to use:
Take at the rate of 1 capsule per 10 kg of body weight 30-40 minutes before the start of training (physical activity) and 10-20 minutes after their completion.
Drink with water or non-acidic juice.
Do not take before bed. In case of significant overdoses (2-3 or more times) a strong arousal effect may occur.
