[VIP Kiwami!] The 30 series, the third and last Celsior, was introduced on August 31, 2000. The engine has been changed from the second generation's 4,000cc/1UZ-FE type to a 4,300cc/3UZ-FE, and the body design has also changed significantly, with a configuration that makes extensive use of curved surfaces. The interior design is based on the rooms of the Imperial Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, and The Ritz-Carlton, and the seats are based on British Airways and Japan Airlines first class seats. In April 2003, three years after its introduction, a later model with minor changes made its debut, with all new designs including headlights, bonnet, fenders, and trunk, and an increase in overall length to 5,015 mm. In addition, various attempts were made, such as adopting LEDs for the rear combination lamp, changing the AT from 5 speed to 6 speed, and reviewing the grade, but sales were discontinued in May 2006, and Celsior's approximately 17 years of operation ended. It brought an end to history.
