As the title suggests, this is the de facto debut album by 19-year-old Namie Amuro and Tetsuya Komuro. Big hits such as <7><9><18><19><20> caused a phenomenon in which "Amler" flooded all over Japan. But it's not just the well-known singles that are putting effort into it. Like all of her albums, this one is a collection of very high-quality R&B-flavored pop songs, making it a truly cost-effective work.
