How to use the product: Take an appropriate amount and apply evenly to the face, neck, and other areas exposed to UV rays. Apply liberally 15 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply at least every two hours. How to protect against sun damage: Regularly use a broad spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher. Other ways to block UV rays are as follows: 1) Avoid outdoor activities, especially between 10 AM and 2 PM. 2) Wear a long-sleeved shirt, long pants, a hat, and sunglasses. For infants under 6 months of age, consult a doctor.
