Fits a size 40. Nice material with cotton content.

The blouse is not bad. But the color is not as bright blue as in the picture. Faded gray-blue, not very nice - looks washed out. The sleeves are not long as in the picture, but 3/4. Question to the supplier: why does the color look like it was washed several times and the sleeves are shrunken? Is it used?
