Today I received 2 bracelets. They are very nice. One has a good clasp. And the other one with this design is factory damaged. The clasp does not work. It is either too short or badly curved. Nice but should be thrown away. Why doesn't someone who is responsible for sending good goods do it? it doesn't check. I sent good money and in return I received something that cannot be put on my hand because it is impossible without closure. I am asking for my money back. I have the right to receive good goods. .
