The color is not consistent, the velvet of the slippers I received is almost deep black and not sapphire blue as in the photo on the JOOM site window. Despite conclusive photos taken in daylight upon unpacking, and despite the fact that the slippers were immediately put back in their box and are brand new ready to be returned, JOOM claims that the color would be consistent and refuses to take care of the return or reimburse me, which is a forgery and an unfair commercial practice. I will have to contact the European Ombudsman and file a complaint with the DGCCRF for the offense of deception on the goods. The consumer is not at all protected at JOOM because in case of doubt JOOM decides in favor of JOOM judge and party who therefore behaves like a dictator! Scandalous!
