Unfortunately again no quick charger, although stated in the description! I tested it with three Samsung and one IPHONE with different charging cables and on both USB-A and USB-C ports ! All phones support fast charging on other chargers. With this "quick charger" all charge for a few seconds in quick charge mode and then only slowly! The difference is 1h quick charge and 6h in slow mode! Conclusion NO FAST CHARGER!

Very bad. After 10 minutes of charging, the phone was only charged to one percent. To avoid damaging the smartphone, I turned it off. So, never again with Joom. I received no response to my complaints and claims. After ordering several times with Temu, I've never had any problems. I even got my money back immediately when something was wrong, without providing any proof.

Unfortunately, after two months, the charger has completely stopped working. It no longer charges. It can only be thrown away. My money is gone, and the so-called warranty has already expired. The warranty is only valid for one month, which is ridiculous. Now I'm stuck with the cost.

The charger is nowhere near 65W. It is very light and does not charge my computer due to a lack of power. When charging a mobile phone, the charging cable (max. 120W) only shows 4 watts of charging power. Very bad product, does not keep its promises.
