worst thing it only worked for me for 2 days and after the first charge it broke and doesn't work, don't order anything from here guys all the products are useless, find something else that is worth it and can serve the customers who give their money ,. far from joom not worth it they told me i will get my money back by november 8th and today is november 28th and i have not received anything besides useless products they are also liars playing with our money far away guys worth nothing , find something else better that respect their customers.

I have to change my mind from my previous assessment. When the product arrived it worked perfectly, but only after 4 uses did it stop working or rather it connects and disconnects continuously from the mobile phone. This is the same defect that the first headset of the same type that I bought but which at least presented the defect after a few months gave me. Ultimately a product to avoid, on two identical pieces I had the same defect, even if it seems to have an attractive quality / price ratio but if it doesn't work it means that the quality is zero.

I stumbled upon the Chinese New Year so my order was delayed ... Biblical. The headset, however, arrived and is functioning properly. I only give four stars because of the delay, which in my opinion is not justifiable and because the headset is not equipped with USB Type C but only Type B, which means that it is not of recent production. I update the review and add a star because I have been using the headset for many days and I must say that it works great.
