How to Use:Wear Arm Bands:
1. Insert one end of the arm band (where it is attached) through the metal ring to form a cylinder. (This step can be omitted if the band is already cylindrical.
2. Place the band around the left upper arm, with the rubber hose facing toward the palm of the hand (heart).
3. Wrap the band around the left arm and make sure that the bottom of the band is 2-3cm from the elbow joint and that the rubber hose is in a straight line with the middle finger.
4. Tighten the band and attach it.
5. Leave a two finger gap between the arm and the arm band, otherwise the accuracy of the measurement will be affected.
6. Make sure the arm band fits comfortably over the arm (never too tight) and place the arm on the table (palm facing so that the arm band is at the same height as the heart. Make sure that the arm band is smooth and wrinkle free.
7. Please sit quietly for 5 minutes before taking the measurement.
Suggestion: If it is not possible to put the armband on the left arm, put the armband on the right arm, and it is recommended to use the same arm for future measurements.

Note:
