how to use : 1. after washing your face, use the patch in dry conditions.
2. remove the patch, being careful not to touch the center micro-crystal part.
3. attach the patch to the desired area and press gently with your finger for 10 seconds.
4. leave on for 6 to 8 hours and then remove. (you can sleep after attaching it.)
