I ordered size M, i wear 42-43 EU shoes and the insole was a bit too large, i had to cut it on the second marked line and after that it fits perfectly. I have one pair of shoes that was a bit painful for my feet to walk with and i think this insole fixes it pretty good. Tested the insole already about 4 times and at first it was a bit strange because of the raised part at the foot arch but now it's more comfortable than without it! Overall its pretty great
Good quality but they cannot be called orthopedic since when stepping on the arch it sinks and does not hold the inclination of the foot. They serve to make the shoe more comfortable but do not correct the footprint.
I ordered, and paid for, 2 pairs of these fantastic insoles. But unfortunately they onle sent 1 pair. Just a mix-up And ofcourse Joom's excellent customer service refunded me 50%!
